How do I return an item?

We stand behind every product we sell. If there should be a defect, or a shortage, we will replace that item at no cost to you.
However, if the reason for the return is of no fault of Passion4quilting, we will access a 15% restocking fee for the items returned. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and must be able to be resold to qualify for a refund.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded, as they are paid to the company who carries the items to you. We cannot get a refund for the cost of shipping, therefore, we cannot refund you for that cost.
