Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store and add any times that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be able taken to Paypal secure site where you payment will be completed. This system is secure and you know that your details are secure too. They accept all kind of payments and you do not have to have a Paypal account to purchase.

The color seen on the web sit may very from computer to computer due to individual screen settings and we trust that you will not be disappointed with actual color of material supplied. All dimensions quoted are approximate and material supplied may vary from that quoted.

We try to send order out the within 24 hours of receipt, we normally use Royal Mail first class post to dispatch orders. However if an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date.

Please inform us as soon as possible if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem and get you a replacement order as soon as possible. Please do quote your name and order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. For order made to the UK or European Union 17.5% VAT (Value added Tax) is added. All other order is VAT free.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Our aim is honesty and good service, if for any reason you are unhappy with our product we will refund you less the postage as long as the good are received in the same condition as sent. Please contact us by email sales@passion4quilting.com before returning any goods. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entititled to cancel your order and return the goods with 7 working days for a refund excluding postage.
