| 5. How do i order fabric. |
| All fabric on our site is sold in 1metre lengths. Unless the description tells you. For example you want to buy some fabric labes it will say one panel with the amount of labels in that panel.
Fat quarters are sold under a seperate catagory.
As are kits and packs. |

| You will taken to the paypal site that will allow you to have a safe and secure transaction. We do not store any of your credit card details on our website. |

| We will send order in one delivery unless a specific item is out of stock which we will send as soon as possible afterwards.
If you order a specific quantity we will cut in one peice. If we cannot supply in one peice we will contact you before sending out the order. |

| 9. My order is lost? |
| If you beleive your order has been lost in transit, and you feel enough time has passed, be sure to email me about it.
It is my policy to wait to receive compensation from Royal mail before i issue a refund to you. We have to wait 15 days (UK) and 25(International) before we can make a claim. |

| 14. What if my item is damage when it arrives? |
| If damage was caused through the Postal Service then we will need to make a claim with Royal Mail. I will try to replace the item for you and i will take care of the claim, however if i am unable to replace your item, it is my policy to wait for compensation from Royal Mail before issuing a refund. Please note that the claim must be within 15days for UK orders and 25day for International orders. |

| 15. What is a Fat quarter, charm packs etc are! |
| Fat Quarter Bundle Fat Quarters
Fat Quarters are 18" x 22" cuts of fabric. Manufacturers want you to sample all the prints in their fabric collections. So, they cut one fat quarter from each print in the line.
Next, they "bundle" them together and bind them with an attractive ribbon or bow. Now, you can have the entire fabric collection in your hands without spending a fortune!
Charm Pack Charm Packs
A Charm Pack consists of (40) 5" x 5" fabric squares. Each square represents one print in a fabric collection. Quilters often use charm squares to make scrap quilts. These little "charmers" are affordable and easy to use.
Jelly Roll Jelly Rolls
A Jelly Roll contains (40) 2 1/2" wide strips. The length of the strips vary from 40" to 45". The strips are rolled into a circular pattern and then held together with a ribbon or bow.
Each jelly roll has its own theme. For example, one jelly roll might feature dog prints, while another might feature flower prints.
Layer Cakes Layer Cakes
A Layer Cake consists of (40-42) 10" x 10" squares. You'll get every print in the collection, plus you often get duplicates.
Honey Buns Honey Buns
Honey Buns consist of (40) 1 1/2" strips. The length usually runs between 40" and 45".
Jelly Cakes Jelly Cakes
Jelly Cakes contain (1) Jelly Roll and
(1) Layer Cake. Your choice of projects expands when you mix these cuts.
Charming Jelly Cakes Charming Jelly Cakes
A Charming Jelly Cake contains (1) Layer Cake, (1) Jelly Roll & (1) Charm Pack.
Turnovers Turnovers
Turnover contain (80) 6" x 6" x 8.5" triangles. Typically, you get (2) triangles from 40 different prints. When you sew two triangles together, you get a 5-inch half-square-triangle block.
Dessert Rolls Dessert Rolls
A Dessert Roll contains (10) 5" x 44" strips.
Remember, for the most versatility, mix and match these different fabric pre-cuts. |

| 16. What is your returns policy? |
| We will gladly accept a return for any item for any reason if you inform us within 14 day of receipt of you order. Refunds will be given in the form of a store credit for the amount you paid for that item. However if the return is made due to an error on our part, you will have the option of a store credit or refund through the method used to pay your order. | No, we pay the overseas postage and only charge you the UK postage rate for the weight of your package. |
