This is a unique product a 60" wide fabric with small rubberised dots on it about 1/4" apart

This is used for backing those items that you don't want to slip or move such as table runners, bed runner place mats. I have seen it also on the back of quilts in korea.  the fabric is a polyester. The colour is white although the photo makes it look a little grey
